On July 9th, Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets(Brand name:Ao Mei®) produced by New Time Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary company of Lunan Pharmaceutical,and Mosapride Citrate Tablets(Brand name: Kuai Li®) produced by Lunan Better Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary company of Lunan Pharmaceutical passed the consistency evaluation.

Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets (Ao Mei®) have been clinically used in the treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, stress ulcer, reflux esophagitis and Zhuo-Aids syndrome (gastrinoma).

Enteric-coated preparations are relatively difficult to develop and face great challenges in terms of stability, BE, production process and amplification reproducibility. In this research and development process, more than 500 dissolution curves were studied closely around the reference preparation, and a systematic and comprehensive quality comparative study was conducted with the original medicine. The "spirit of craftsmanship" of striving for perfection was practiced in the whole process of improving the product quality and Enteric-coated Tablets achieve the same clinical efficacy and safety as the reference preparation.

At present, Shandong New Time Pharmaceutical is the first company that passed the consistency evaluation in this field.

Related research shows that Mosapride Citrate Tablets (Kuai Li ®) has the function of promoting gastric and duodenal movement. This product is suitable for gastrointestinal symptoms caused by weakened gastrointestinal motility (e.g., functional dyspepsia, chronic gastritis), including heartburn, belching, nausea, vomiting, early satiety, upper abdominal distension, upper abdominal pain.

Mosapride Citrate Tablets (Kuai Li ®) were approved for marketing in November 1999. Lunan Pharmaceutical made a comparison study on the quality and efficacy of Kuai Li with that of the original drugs according to the relevant technical guidelines. Pharmaceutical studies have shown that the quality and stability of Kuai Li ® is equal      to that of the original drug.
