Recently, a preprint of a clinical trial of the domestically-made new crown oral drug Azvudine in Brazil for patients with mild and moderate infection of the new crown virus has been released. The results of clinical studies have proved that Azvudine can significantly shorten the nucleic acid conversion time of patients with mild and moderate SARS-CoV-2 infection, accelerate virus elimination, significantly reduce viral load, relieve symptoms of patients, shorten the course of disease, and has good safety, no significant impact on the liver and kidney function of patients, safe and effective.
